Founder's Letter
Throughout my career as a culture and change management leader, I recognized a critical need for a more focused approach to building cultures of growth and development within organizations. Time and again, I observed well-intentioned leaders working tirelessly to align employees with company missions and values, only to fall short of creating meaningful engagement and lasting change.
This persistent challenge intrigued me and sparked a deep investigation into what was missing. I immersed myself in research across employee engagement methodologies, culture change frameworks, human psychology, and neurolinguistics. But theoretical knowledge alone wasn't sufficient—I needed to understand what actually worked in practice.
I began systematically testing various techniques within the organizations I supported, meticulously documenting the effectiveness of different approaches through daily observations and tracking. I began conducting focus groups, interviews, and listening sessions, where I explored what employees truly wanted from their workplace experience and identified the success factors that resonated most deeply within them.
After years of observing what actually works versus what doesn't in transformation, I noticed that most methodologies jump straight to action—new processes, systems, behaviors—without addressing the psychological readiness for change. People would go through the motions but revert back because the internal foundation wasn't solid.
As I refined this methodology, I made a groundbreaking discovery that sets The Human Method® apart from any other approach in the market: the same sequential framework that drives organizational culture transformation is equally powerful for individual personal development and growth. This unmatched dual application creates something entirely distinctive—a methodology that simultaneously transforms both the individual and the organization they serve.
I realized transformation has to be sequential and build on itself:
-
Without awareness, people don't even know what needs to change
-
Without addressing resistance, they'll sabotage their own progress
-
Without surrender, they'll hold onto what's familiar even when it's not serving them
-
Without narrative change, they'll operate from old stories about themselves
-
Only then can the external structures actually stick
What makes this approach revolutionary is that when you support the whole individual through these sequential touchpoints, you create powerful alignment between employee and organization while simultaneously empowering individuals with the most effective tools for producing exceptional work and personal fulfillment. The methodology works from the inside out, ensuring that both personal and professional transformation reinforce each other rather than competing for attention and energy.
I created and trademarked The Human Method® to help organizations drive results through high-performing, high-functioning leaders and individual contributors. We go beyond automation and outdated processes to focus on what truly drives companies to greatness: the humans at their core, equipped with a transformational framework that serves them both personally and professionally.
As The Human Method® continues to evolve and adapt to our clients' changing needs across industries, we remain committed to staying current, relevant, and laser-focused on our core mission—creating a space for people to be their best, both individually and collectively.
